Information for the processing of personal data – Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of article 13, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196
In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, we are providing you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided by you. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted via links present on the websites in the domain of the owner, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for third-party websites. This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code. The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection, as well as the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies and the provision of the Guarantor Authority "Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies - 8 May 2014 (Published in the Official Journal no. 126 of 3 June 2014)" and subsequent clarifications.
1.THE “OWNER” OF THE TREATMENT

2.TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Personal and identification data Personal data, any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; Identification data, personal data that allow the direct identification of the interested party (such as, for example, name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.).
Browsing data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing.
Defense in court The User's Personal Data may be used for defense by the Owner in court or in the preparatory stages to its possible establishment, from abuse in the use of the same or related services by the User. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. Maintenance The User's Personal Data may be processed with additional methods and purposes related to maintenance. Data provided voluntarily by the user The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site and/or the completion of data collection forms, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.
Cookies No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracking users. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. The so-called session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.
3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING FOR WHICH CONSENT IS GRANTED WHERE REQUIRED (ART. 23 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03)
Personal and possibly sensitive data, voluntarily provided, will be processed for the following purposes, until you object: – browsing this website; – any contact request, with the sending of information requested by you; – administrative and accounting activities in general. For the purposes of applying the provisions on the protection of personal data, the processing carried out for administrative and accounting purposes is that connected to the performance of organizational, administrative, financial and accounting activities, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, internal organizational activities, those functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, and information activities pursue these purposes.
4. METHODS OF TREATMENT – STORAGE
The treatment will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed to do so in compliance with the provisions of articles 31 and following of Legislative Decree 196/03. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.
5. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Your data, subject to processing, will not be disclosed and may be communicated to companies contractually linked to VB9 srls in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories: – subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by VB9 srls and telecommunications networks (including email); – studies or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; – competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request. The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of any data processors is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of VB9 srls. Any further communication or dissemination will only take place with your explicit consent.
6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional but necessary. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.
7. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
You may assert your rights as expressed in art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, by contacting the owner, by contacting our headquarters at the telephone number 039 329295 or by sending an email to info@antikvintagehunter.com You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code). Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. If you contact the owner, please provide your email address, name, address and/or telephone numbers, in order to allow the correct management of the request.
8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The interested party is required to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the information will contain the indication of the date of update of the information. Use of the site, after the publication of the changes, will constitute acceptance of the same.
